Refund issued

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused, unwashed and in its original condition

Returned with all original tags and packaging

Returned within 7 days of delivery

Not a final sale or clearance item

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item. Processing time may vary by bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it immediately.
